END OF TENANCY CLEANING

Working closely with many private tenants, landlords and Estate Agents Steaming Sam offer our customers a comprehensive END OF TENANCY cleaning service. We have a specialist team who deal with professional deep cleaning and are carry the latest cleaning products, materials and equipment to give you the trouble-free cleaning service you deserve. Our experienced cleaners follow a comprehensive list and pay particular attention to difficult areas: the tops of cupboards, windows, skirting boards etc. etc.

NOTE: End of tenancy cleaning prices don’t include carpet and upholstery cleaning. These are charged separately. We would be happy to give you a quotation to restore your furniture and carpets to their former glory.

END OF TENANCY CLEANING CHECKLIST – DEEP CLEAN OF:

  • Skirting boards, switches and fittings, as well as shelves, radiators, pictures etc.
  • Mirrors polished

Bedrooms

  • Vacuum bedrooms including under beds
  • Wardrobes (inside and out)
  • Skirting boards, light switches and fittings, as well as shelves, radiators, pictures etc.
  • Windows (internally) and window sills
  • Steam clean carpets or upholstery (on request – additional fee)

Reception/living rooms

  • Doors and door frames
  • Cupboards and built in furniture (inside and outside)
  • Vacuum all cushions and soft furnishings
  • Skirtings and radiators
  • Pictures, shelves and furniture
  • Skirting boards, light switches and fittings, as well as shelves, radiators, pictures etc.
  • Windows (internally) and window sills

Kitchen

  • Sanitise and clean all kitchen worktops
  • Cupboards and drawers inside and out and top of kitchen cupboards
  • Descale sink, taps and all kitchen appliances
  • Washing machine (inside and out) including soap drawer and filters
  • Microwave (inside and out)* Extractor fans degreased
  • Dishwasher and fridge/freezer
  • Oven (internally) removing built up grease and externally
  • Bins
  • Floors (steam cleaning on request – additional fee)

Bathrooms

  • Bath, shower, taps and fittings descaled
  • Mirrors
  • Tilles cleaned and polished
  • Toilet descaled and cleaned thoroughly
  • Units under sinks (inside and out)
