Our Unique ‘True Steam’ technology is equally effective on upholstery. Combined with our range of specialist detergents we are able to remove in-ground dirt and grease from all fabrics.

Our upholstery cleaning tools have been specially developed to clean deep, at high temperatures with minimum moisture. Most fabrics can be dry within an hour.

The cleaning process

1. Before we clean any upholstery, we conduct an inspection of the upholstery on arrival. This allows us to establish the correct cleaning detergents for your upholstery in order to achieve the best cleaning result possible.
2. All stains are then treated with our specially developed range of chemicals.
3. A specially developed cleaning detergent is applied to the upholstery to break down any dirt and grease.
4. The upholstery is then deep cleaned using our ‘True Steam’ cleaning process; extracting out all the in-ground dirt and grease, leaving the upholstery fresh, clean and odour-free.
5. A conditioner is then applied to restore fabrics to their natural softness.

Leather Cleaning and Restoration

Even leather requires regular cleaning and Steaming Sam are delighted to offer a comprehensive, safe, leather cleaning and restoration service. Our leather cleaning is done by hand to ensure great results, restoring your soft furnishing to an ‘as new’ condition wherever possible.

Leather cleanser is applied to remove all soiling from the surface of the hide. Once cleaned and restored a refinishing cream is used to further enhance the appearance and protect the leather from spills and general wear and tear.
