Do you move my furniture?
We will move your furniture before we start cleaning. If you have any furniture that you do not want to be moved or that is too big to be moved, we will clean around it. If you have any high-value items, delicate items or antiques that you would prefer to move yourself, please let us know.
How long will my carpet take to dry?
After we have finished the cleaning process your carpet should be touch-dry in around 30 minutes. We recommend trying not to use the carpet until it is fully dry. You can expect your carpet to be fully dry in 1-2 hours
Can you remove all the carpet stains?
We can remove a vast majority of stains, even really tough ones caused by things like make-up, pet wee, coca-cola, and wine. There are certain stains that cannot be removed because they are in fact carpet damage that looks like a stain. If we think a stain is not removable because it is actually damage, we’ll tell you before we start cleaning.
